If you don't know what to do on the weekends, then visiting Jatujak Market (as known as JJ market) may be your answer.

Founded in 1948, JJ market is the most famous and biggest market in Thailand where both Thais and the foreigners love to go during the weekends.

There are tons of products from all around the country and with more than 8,000 shops including clothes, pet, plants, food, books, handmade products, souvenirs, antiques and a lot more! Not only you will find tons of stuff here, but you will also get the cheaper prices! so be prepared to bargain!

As mentioned, JJ market is the biggest market in Thailand, so it's possible to get lost! but don't worry! There is a big clock tower where mostly people use it as a meeting point.
Many facilities are also provided here e.g. information center, lost&found service, banks, sky train, subway, and first-aid room.

JJ market is located next to Jatujak park, a very well-known public park in Thailand. So if you wonder what's in there, then go and see it by yourself. Just take the BTS sky train to Mochit (a terminal station) or the underground train to Jatujak station or Kamphaeng Phet station. HAVE FUN!
